By booking a tour package with Trippinsoul, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
All bookings require accurate guest details, including the total person count, contact information, and preferred travel dates.

Package Tiers: Trippinsoul offers distinct accommodation tiers across its itineraries (Standard, Deluxe, Super Deluxe, Luxury, and Premium). Pricing fluctuates transparently based on the selected tier.
Price Per Person: All base package prices listed on the platform are calculated strictly on a "per person" basis.
Bespoke Changes: While itineraries can be completely tailor-made and customized upon request, any structural alterations to routes, hotel upgrades, or added dates will incur a recalculation of the final tour price.

Explicit Inclusions: Trippinsoul covers only the components explicitly detailed in your final invoice bundle. Standard baseline components include accommodation (comprising hotels and a 1-night traditional Kashmiri houseboat stay), daily breakfast and dinner, a dedicated private transit vehicle for point-to-point transfers/sightseeing, airport pick-up/drop services, a 1-hour Shikara ride on Dal Lake, and all standard tolls, parking fees, and driver allowances.
No Hidden Fees: All standard state clearances, tolls, and driver operational fees are baked directly into your upfront billing block.

Transport Restrictions: Customers explicitly acknowledge that local transport regulations restrict outside private vehicles from operating within specific sightseeing zones in regions like Gulmarg, Sonamarg, and Pahalgam.
Third-Party Costs: All local union taxis, pony/horse rides, ATV rides, and specialized local adventure activities (such as Gulmarg Gondola rides, skiing lessons, snowboarding, or river rafting) are completely excluded from the base tour price unless itemized separately on your premium tier voucher.
Personal & Entry Fees: Airfare, train tickets, personal lunches, monument entry clearances, garden entry tickets, and optional travel insurance must be handled directly by the traveler.

Operational Disruption: Mountain terrain, high-altitude passes (such as Razdan Pass or Zoji La Pass), remote valleys (such as Gurez or Tulail), and sudden changes in seasonal spring blooms (such as Tulip or Almond blossoms) are subject to severe environmental shifts.
Liability Waiver: Trippinsoul holds zero legal or financial liability for tour cancellations, missing route elements, restricted access, road closures, or extra accommodation expenses incurred due to sudden weather anomalies, strikes, governmental actions, road blockades, or any unpredictable regional force majeure.

Ladakh Sectors: For overland travel extending into Ladakh, Leh, Nubra Valley, or Pangong Lake, travelers are explicitly warned regarding high-altitude transitions. Proper physical medical fitness and acclimatization windows are heavily recommended. Trippinsoul is not responsible for medical emergencies or personal oxygen cylinder allocations.
Vaishno Devi Sector: Pilgrimage trekking systems (including Katra-based pony routes, palki options, or helicopter transits) are managed independently by third-party shrines. Trippinsoul serves solely as a booking facilitator for your base Katra transfers and hotel stays.

All adjustment or cancellation requests must be filed directly with our destination support line via our official contact forms or dashboard widgets.
Refund parameters drop progressively as your departure date approaches and are subject to the hard rules imposed by our individual hotel chain lists
